Upon completing our online Xpress Trademark Application™ a Trademarks411 specialist will review your information for completeness and will transmit your documents for filing. We will email you your application for your approval, where you will be requested to provide an electronic signature and pursuant to your approval we will submit your application to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). It can take anywhere from six months to several years for an examining attorney from the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) to review your application and if approved you will receive a trademark registration number. If the examining attorney has any questions or concerns regarding your mark he/she will email or call you.
